DIY Recycle Your Bath and Body Works Candle Jars

If you are like me and you love candles (especially those from bath and body works) then you are going to love what i am about to show you.  I don’t know about you but i have always loved the  bath and body works container/jar the candles come in.

Today i am going to show you how you can recycle the jars!

Candle Jar

Its pretty simple really, once you’ve used up the candle pop the jar in the freezer for a couple of hours. The cold atmosphere shrinks the wax which makes it super easy to remove from the glass.

However some pieces of wax do remain but nothing plain old clothes washing power cant get rid of.

I also uploaded a video about it on my channel.

Since i have so many of these jars and running out of ideas of what i could use them for, any suggestions?

Thank you for stopping by

    Good morning Mayya,
some suggestions for the jar recycle in your sewing space
place your quilt basting safety pins in one ( leave the pins open for easy pinning)
put paper clips and binder clips close to the computer
use one for push pins near the cork board
place near empty bobbins and use those for needle work
I have a jar for my little red binding clips, I use these for so many things when sewing several layers of fabric togetherer, when a pin is just not enough or will distort the seam area
use hodge podge and put a picture of your girls on the outside, or wrap it with fabric
tyr out the etching process and put your MOM’s name on one for her, and fill it with colorful marbles.
Oh man you are going to have fun once you start using them up, I can see you buying more candles just to have those jars.. LOL

I have some B&W candles & I wanted to use them to hold my make-up brushes, I had no idea how to remove the wax though! Thanks for letting me know, feel like burning them now to be able to do this
