Ahh feels good to be back home and to be sewing 
This morning after i’d dropped the girls off to my mom hence the sewing i decided to make the plastic bag holder for Sew It
No wonder this was a project was a favorite it was a quick ,super easy to make and not to mention handy!
I intially wanted to go for the strips fabrics but knowing my love of fabrics i would have spent ages mixing and matching 9 pieces of fabrics (it would have probably taken me longer to choose the fabrics then to make the holder LOL) so i decided to go with this white with red and green prints that i had in my stash.
The only changes i did was to sew the ribbon on the inside of the fabric as opposed to the tutorial
(i think i got the placement wrong but as long as it hangs i am good).
I also zig zaged the inside seam i just like things nice and neat
Give your machine a quick dust off and come and make this plastic bag holder, doesnt take long i promise…
I have lots of orders to finish up and dont think will be making the apron as i had planned my customers have been ever so patient and i cant keep them waiting any longer

I made a nice one with a hand towel. Since all my other dish drying towels are the same pattern, it makes a nice coordinating piece.
I just folded the towel lengthwise and sewed down the edge, then turned a casing at the top and bottom. I knotted the bottom string but didn’t cut it so if I want to empty it quickly, I can, but the top I left to close by the weight of the bag so that I can get my hand in there and smush down all the bags to make more room.
