This week for Sew it we had to make a patchwork cover for your sewing machine.
And for the first time ever i am the only one that made it! and its no fun sewing alone 
The wonderful Nima who has been sewing with Sew it since it started back in June 09 was not able to participate cause she is on vacation in India.
Zura of sew retro chic would have taken part but she just got back from a week on an island with no internet :)
So i blogged about it yesterday but here it is again my sewing machine cover
This was my first attempt at patchwork!
The tutorial was easy to follow but the hardest thing was choosing the fabrics and deciding how to arrange them. I really enjoyed making it although i must admit some squares dont quite line up but my sewing machine and i are happy 
I’m planning on recording another video where i will talk about Omani caps and show you how its done, so this should be exiciting!
