Various ways to fold fabric

No sewing project to show you guys today but i do have something that will make y our life easier.

I love  sewing rooms  and i always search for them to get inspirations for my own sewing room however one thing they all have in common is

Uber stitch

and this

Fabric goodness

ORGANIZED FABRIC

I could go on with lots of similar posts of organised fabric. Now that is something i would like its just so pleasing to see and saves lots of time as you wont spend time searching for a particular fabric :)

So i did a search and found a couple of sites that show you how to fold up your fabric so they all look the same

Happy Zompbie shows you how you can fold  fabric using a quilting ruler or anything flat with a suitable width

Another method  is fat quater style i found this on craft blog

fat quarter style

Here is anothter way i found from turning and turning

folded fabric

However the method i am gonig to use is one i saw on feathered fibers where the fabric is folded in such a way that it holds up as a book

Fabric organized

Becasue i have an Ikea cupboard which i bought to storre my fabric and this is just perfect

I hope you enjoyed this as much as i did i am off to get some paint samples to paint for Hadeel’s room its going to be pink and red!! and hopefully get some sewing done as i need to work on some orders and the makeup roll pattern

Have a great day and come back tomorrow for a suprise post ;)
